Today/Tomorrow

I wanted to find something amazing on the streets in Dalat but failed.

I can't pretend I was excited about anything different even there are more Christmas trees and decorations sold on the shops this year and they already decorated a street more colorful.

A tour guide tried to introduce me to a man from Australia after the man took his tour package. After two or three sentences, he lowed his head to continue his guide book. I haven't had a chance to tell him my name after he told me his. Like there were two Americans playing the cards all the time. We smiled to each other unless a cat ran to one woman's leg and even played to the cards.

I do sometimes focus on my books too much and didn't notice who were around me as well.
.
Then, I met an European friend and shared a toast with . On our dialogues, he told me he collected books about Vietnam history...then I told him what I am reading is a Roman philosopher...He responded me with suprise, 'It's a good book. But why don't you read Vietnam's since you live here? Roman was one thousand years ago!!' Then silence followed for several seconds. I couldn't have clear mind to tell him more since I respect and prefer spend more time on what I think is eternal. History has its value of course, and we just choose what leads us and makes us moved First. We discuss some restaurants later.

As he left, I started read my books. Sometimes I think I should just look at people around me, a real world.

There is no any hopeful encouraging or cheerful conclusion here, since I face the present self and also know that tomorrow is another day.
